We are a small family-owned breeder specializing in {breed}. We started breeding {breed} dogs a few years ago because we wanted to share the joy and love that these amazing animals bring to our lives.

We take extensive care in our adoption process and require that each potential buyer completes an application before we can consider and determine if Casa De León is the right fit for you and your family.

Telephone Interview
After completing your application, we will reach out to you to schedule a telephone interview to discuss your needs and wants in choosing the right puppy and to answer any questions that you may have.

Reservation Deposit and Agreement
If approved, then a $1,000 reservation deposit is made to be placed on our waitlist, and our purchase agreement is sent to be signed by both parties; (a copy of the signed agreement will also be sent to you to keep for your records).

Constant Contact & Updates
We will continue to stay in contact with you throughout the entire process to ensure that you are kept up to date with each and every detail of your new puppy including regular photos and/or video calls (if preferred) to track your puppy's growth and development once born, regular updates regarding vaccinations, ear crop and dock preferences, and anything else that you may want to discuss, request or have any questions about.
Placement Process
Placement order proceeds in order of reservation/waitlist deposit received.
Placement is also determined upon the temperament of each puppy and how they will best perform for and meet their new owner's needs, whether it be to become a loyal family companion, show dog, personal protection dog, professional working dog, or therapy/service dog.
